&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;INGREDIENTI:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Per la pasta frolla&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;300 gr di farina&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 gr di burro&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 gr di zucchero&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 uovo intero&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tuorlo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;mezza bustina di pane degli angeli&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;una bustina di vaniglia&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;Amalgamate tutti gli ingredienti e formate una palla che farete riposare in frigo per una mezz'ora circa. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Stendete la sfoglia ( non troppo sottile) e versateci dentro il ripieno che preparerete utilizzando &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 gr di ricotta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gr di zucchero vanigliato&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;un pochino di liquore a scelta ( io ho usato il liquore STREGA)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;pezzetti di cioccolato ( potete usare quella che preferite, io avevo dei quadratini di cioccolato ripieni di crema al latte)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;Infornate a 180° per circa 30 minuti&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Questo il risultato...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;INGREDIENTI:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 gr di farina ( manitoba o OO)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 dado di lievito di birra&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 di latte tiepido&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 g di zucchero&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;80 gr di burro&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Fate intiepidire il latte e scioglietevi dentro il lievito. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Fate una fontana con la farina e unite il latte e il lievito, lo zucchero e il burro. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Impastate molto bene, l'impasto dovrà risultare liscio e morbido. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Lasciate lievitare per una mezz'oretta dopodichè rimpastate il tutto e lasciate lievitare fino al raddoppio del volume. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Per chi ha il Bimby:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Scaldate il latte a 37° per 3 minuti. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sciogliete il lievito 10 secondi, velocità 4.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Unite il resto degli ingredienti 3 minuti, velocità spiga.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;INGREDIENTI PER DUE PERSONE:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 gr di riso&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;burro&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cipolla&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;vino bianco&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;brodo vegetale ( fatto con il dado Bimby) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;un radicchio&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;taleggio&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sale&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preparare il brodo ( deve essere bello caldo). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;In una padella fate soffriggere la cipolla in una noce di burro. Fate tostare il riso e sfumatelo con del vino bianco. Continuate a preparare il vostro risotto aggiungendo il brodo caldo e girando continuamente ( sempre nello stesso verso ) .&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;In una tegame a parte soffriggete della cipolla e aggiungete il radicchio tagliato a julienne. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Fatelo stufare.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Quando il risotto sarà pronto aggiungete il radicchio e il taleggio tagliato a tocchetti. Mescolate per bene e servite! :)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;

Semplicemente FAVOLOSA! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sono mesi che non compro più il pane e la pizza è divina. E' una torta salata lievitata costituita da una serie di "palline" ripiene accostate le una alle altre in una teglia rotonda che, dopo la lievitazione, e la cottura diventano un'unica torta le cui parti possono essere agevolmente staccate dai commensali e mangiate come dei semplici e gustosi panini morbidissimi ( fonte &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.cookaround.com/"&gt;http://www.cookaround.com/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; ) "&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Questa la ricetta:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Per l'impasto:&lt;/span&gt;
1/2 chilo farina
80 gr. burro
2 uova
200 gr. yogurth bianco
1 cucchiaino di zucchero
1 pizzico di sale
1 pezzetto lievito di birra sciolto in un poco di latte tiepido

&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Per il ripieno:
&lt;/span&gt;350 gr. prosciutto cotto; 350 gr. di galbanino
(si può usare anche la nutella :D ) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;
&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Per "guarnire":
&lt;/span&gt;Un rosso d'uovo.

Fare l'impasto mischiando tutti gli ingredienti e lasciare lievitare per almeno 1/2 ora. Formare delle palline e inserirvi pezzetti di prosciutto cotto e galbanino. Far lievitare ancora per 1/2 ora circa. Spennellare con rosso d'uovo. Infornare a 180° gradi per 1/2 ora. Mangiare freddo.

Lui adora le torte di frutta , ma non avevo voglia di fare l'ennesima crostata così mi sono reinventata questo dolce. Ho aggiunto un paio di ingredienti nuovi rispetto all'originale e il risultato è davvero notevole! :D

&lt;div&gt;La preparazione di questo dolce è estremamente semplice e la preparazione prevede la suddivisione degli ingredienti in due impasti.

&lt;div&gt;I IMPASTO ( vi servirà per rivestire la teglia e ricoprire il ripieno )

&lt;li&gt;200 g di farina di mandorle ( se non la trovate potete passare delle mandorle al mixer)
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 g di farina 00&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100 g di zucchero&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100 g di burro&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1uovo intero&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 bustina di lievieto&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Con una parte di questo impasto ricoprite una teglia pressando bene ( dovrà ricoprire tutta la superficie)

&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 g di ricotta&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;200 g di amaretti&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;25 g di zucchero&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 uovo intero&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5/6 cucchiai di latte&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 pesche fresche tagliate a tocchetti non troppo sottili&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Questa non è una dieta particolarmente restrittiva, anzi, a me sembra di mangiare più di prima forse perchè abbiamo abolito le schifezze(patatine, pizzette, cioccolato ecc) e ci stiamo rieducando ad una alimentazione sana
Oggi il menù prevedeva minestrone "LEGGEREZZA OROGEL" ( è senza legumi e senza patate).

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;140 gr di riso carnaroli&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;2 cucchiaini d'olio e.v.o.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;2 cucchiai di grana grattugiato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;sale q.b.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Mettete sul fuoco una grossa pentola d'acqua con dentro la carota, la cipolla, il sedano e il sale. Bravo amore mio continua così...la meta è sempre più vicina!!! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;Un 30 e lode va festeggiato e allora ho pensato di preparargli la sua torta preferita!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;Per la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://cuocamaestra.blogspot.com/2009/01/pastiera-napoletana.html"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;pasta frolla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt; ho adoperato la ricetta che ho usato anche per la pastiera, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;Stendete la frolla in una teglia e cuocetela per 30 minuti a 170 gradi, terminata la cottura lasciatela raffreddare e decorata la vostra crostata con la crema pasticcera e farcitela con della crema pasticcera e della frutta fresca ( banane, kiwi e fragole).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;Per la crema pasticcera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;1/2 litro di latte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;3 tuorli d'uovo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;150 g di zucchero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;40 g di farina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;vaniglia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;limone&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;Lavorate i tuorli con lo zucchero fino a farli diventare spumosi. Aggiungete il latte e la farina setacciata, la vaniglia e la scorza di limone. :) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INGREDIENTI per 12 persone ( circa 3 crostate) &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;Per il ripieno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;un barattolo di grano cotto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;300 g di latte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;burro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;700 g di ricotta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;500 g di zucchero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;10 uova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;una bustina di vanillina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;due fiale di fiori d'arancio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;150 g di canditi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;Per la pasta frolla:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;300 g di farina&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;200 g di burro&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;150 g di zucchero&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 uovo e 1 tuorlo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 limone&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 pizzico di sale&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;mezza bustina di paneangeli&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Versare il contenuto del barattolo di grano cotto in un tegame, aggiungere 300 dl di latte e un cucchiaio di burro. Non lavorate molto la pasta. Non appena l'impasto è omogeneo formate una palla, avvolgetela in un foglio di pellicola trasparente e mettetela a riposare per circa 30' in frigo. Passato questo periodo di tempo stendete la pasta frolla e rivestite una teglia . Non appena la superficie si dorerà , spegnere il forno e lasciare per circa un'ora il dolce all'interno del forno per far si che si asciughi. Sfumate con del vino bianco e coprite il tutto con dell'acqua. Sfumate con del brodetto e lasciate cuocere per circa 30 minuti. Aggiungete del finocchietto selvatico. Croccante al punto giusto fuori e morbidissima dentro.
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;INGREDIENTI:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;300ml di acqua&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sale&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 dado di lievito&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cucchiaino di zucchero&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cucchiaio di olio &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;farina q.b.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Per la farcitura:
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;pomodoro&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;mozzarella &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;In 300ml fate sciogliere il dado di lievito, il sale e lo zucchero; quando il lievito si sarà sciolto aggiungete il cucchiaio di olio. Unite tanta farina quanto se ne assorbe l'acqua e iniziate ad impastare il tutto. A cottura ultimata tirate fuori dal forno i petti di pollo e cospargeteli con una fettina di  galbanino ( o di un altro formaggio ) .Rimettete in forno e lasciate sciogliere il formaggio! &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Ogni tanto è bello cambiare e anche rinnovarsi in cucina è una cosa da fare frequentemente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;
&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Bisogna sperimentare nuovi gusti, nuovi abbinamenti , non è lecito fossilizzarsi! :) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;
&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Ho un'intera enciclopedia culinaria ( dono del mio delizioso "maritozzo" ... Forse avrà voluto mandarmi qualche messaggio subliminale?!? :D) e spesso traggo spunto da questa o quella ricetta, ma anche le tipiche riviste femminili sono una fonte inesauribile di idee e novità! :D &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;
&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Oggi vi propongo queste gustosissime "tasche ripiene" una rivisitazione dei classici involtini!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;


&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#003300;"&gt;INGREDIENTI:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#003300;"&gt;per 6 persone&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;600 g di fesa di tacchino a fette
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;100 g di emmentaler&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;60 g di olive nere denocciolate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;50 g di gherigli di noci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;2 uova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;100 g di pangrattato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;sale&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;pepe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;olio per friggere&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#003300;"&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;1 Mettete le fette di tacchino tra due fogli di carta da forno e battetele con un batticarne in modo da assottigliarle ( attenti ai vicini !!! Ebbene sì,a me alle 11e30 di mattina, la signora del piano di sotto batteva la scopa sotto al mio pavimento auheUHAEUHAUEHUAHEUHAEUhUAEHUEH) . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;3 Passate le tasche ottenute prima nelle uova sbattute con un pizzico di sale e poi nel pangrattato, quindi friggetele in abbondanete olio caldo. Sgocciolatele salate e pepate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;Io ho accompagnato questi involtini con delle patate al prezzemolo e della crema al gorgonzola ( solo per il maritozzo però) :) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;span style="color:#996633;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;In più, la consapevolezza di non aver niente da fare, ha regalato a questa giornata il sapore dei vecchi tempi.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;span style="color:#996633;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fa freddo, il cielo è coperto e minaccia pioggia e oggi mi sembra di rivivere le fantastiche domeniche di quando era piccola. Mi piaceva guardare mia nonna impastare farina e uova per realizzare quei piatti tipici domenicali che fanno tanto famiglia! :) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;span style="color:#996633;"&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;span style="color:#996633;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Oggi sono sola in casa,Ernesto è a lavoro è tra un po' tornerà . Ho pensato di accoglierlo con la casa profumata di cose buone ed è per questo che mi sono messa con le mani in pasta per sperimentare la ricetta della focaccia ligure che avevo trovato qualche tempo fa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;span style="color:#996633;"&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;span style="color:#996633;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Devo dire che per essere la prima volta i risultati sono stati più che soddisfacenti!!! :)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;







&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;Ecco gli ingredienti:&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;250 g di farina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;25 gr di lievito di birra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;2 cucchiai rasi di sale&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;1 cucchiaino di zucchero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;Olio e.v.o.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;Mettete in una terrina capiente la farina, il sale, quattro/cinque cucchiai di olio di oliva , il lievito sciolto in poca acqua tiepida e il cucchiaino di zucchero.Aggiungete tanta acqua in modo da ottenere un impasto molto morbido (se rimane troppo umido aggiungete ancora un po' di farina).
Lavorate energicamente il tutto quando avrete ottenuto un impasto morbido Ungete una teglia con 2-3 cucchiai di olio di oliva, adagiatevi sopra l'impasto e, bagnandovi un poco le dita con l'olio, iniziate ad allargare la pasta.&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5248459810776780034" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_oUxPzPUmY24/SNZGY-9DjQI/AAAAAAAAAH8/l1bL9m7d2QM/s320/DSCF0362.JPG" border="0" /&gt;Nel frattempo riscaldate il forno a 180 °.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;Coprite con un canovaccio e lasciate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;lievitare per un'ora e mezza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;"&gt;Infornate il tutto e lasciate cuocere 30/40 minuti

&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;Cuoca eccezionale e generosa che mi ha fatto dono delle sue preziose ricette.&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;INGREDIENTI:&lt;/span&gt;



&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;200 g di zucchero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;200 g di burro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;150 g di cioccolato fondente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;5 uova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;200 g di mandorle non pelate, tostate e macinate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;3 cucchiai di fecola di patate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;mezza bustina di lievito paneangeli&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;un bicchierino di rum&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;


&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;1. In una terrina lavorate il burro ammorbidito con i tuorli e lo zucchero fino a farlo diventare bianco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;2. Dividete le uova dagli albumi e montateli a neve ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;3. Sciogliete il cioccolato a bagnomaria e aggiungete il bicchierino di rum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;4. Unite , alternativamente, al composto di burro, tuorli e zucchero tutti gli altri ingredienti .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;5. Aggiungete solo alla fine il lievito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;6. Imburrate una teglia di 26 cm e versatevi dentro il composto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;7. Infornate a 170° per 45 minuti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;8. Quando la torta si sarà raffreddata cospargetela di abbondante zucchero a velo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Oggi ho deciso di sperimentare questo goloso pasticcio.

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;zucchine g 200&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;odori ( sedano, carote, cipolla) in tutto g 200 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;una fetta di prosciutto crudo di g 100&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;prezzemolo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;grana grattugiato&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:
&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;1. Mettete sul fuoco una pentola con abbondante acqua, salatela al bollore e cuocetevi i rigatoni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;2. Fate soffriggere gli odori tritati in una larga padella con 3 cucchiai di olio, quindi unitevi le zucchine e il prosciutto tagliati a dadini e una manciata di prezzemolo tritato. Cuocete per circa 5/10 minuti; salate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;3. Scolate i rigatoni molto al dente, quindi fateli saltare in padella con il condimento. Stendete un filo di besciamella sul bordo della teglia, versatevi i rigatoni, cospargeteli con la besciamella e 2 cucchiai di grana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;4. Passate al forno a 220° per circa 10 minuti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;150 g di farina OO &lt;/em&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;150 g di farina MANITOBA ( o farina americana ) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 cubetto di lievito&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 uovo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;sale q.b.
&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Dopo aver lavato e asciugato i fiori di zucca sminuzzateli.
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;

Quando il composto avrà raddoppiato il suo volume potete iniziare a friggere. Prendete delle cucchiaiate di composto e versatele nell'olio caldo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Questo il risultato finale:&lt;/span&gt;

I muffin sono semplicissimi da fare e con la stessa facilità si fanno mangiare .
A casa mia spariscono in un attimo!
Per cuocerli esistono delle teglie fatte apposta, ma io ho adoperato quelle in silicone a forma di rosa!
Che romantica che sono!!! ehehehehh

&lt;p&gt;INGREDIENTI:
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 g di farina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150 g di zucchero semolato&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;180 ml di latte&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;90 g di burro&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;una bustina di paneangeli&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;una bustina di vaniglia&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;un pizzico di sale&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:

Per preparare i muffin è necessario suddividere gli ingredienti in due parti :secchi e liquidi.
In una terrina mettete la farina, lo zucchero, il lievito, la vanillina ed un pizzico di sale.
Nell'altra terrina mettete il latte, l’uovo e il burro fuso ( non deve essere caldo )
Unite il contenuto delle due terrine e mescolare molto rapidamente il tutto.
A questo punto imburrate gli stampi e versate l'impasto fino a metà.

Ieri sera l'ho sperimentata e devo dire che non era niente male!

INGREDIENTI:


&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;6 pomodori ramati&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;250 g di provolone ( io ho usato la scamorza )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;80 g di pane grattugiato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;sale
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;Lavate i pomodori, asciugateli e tagliateli a metà. Svuotateli e salateli all'interno, poi fateli riposare, rovesciati per 10 minuti su carta assorbente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;Cospargete l'interno di ogni mezzo pomodoro con del pangrattato, poi riempiteli con il provolone tagliato a cubetti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;Foderate uno stampo di 28 cm con della carta forno e sistemate i mezzi pomodori in modo da lasciare un bordo vuoto tutto intorno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;Coprite i pomodori con il disco di pasta sfoglia , facendola scendere nel bordo dello stampo rimasto vuoto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;Bucherellate la superficie con una forchetta e infornate a 200° per 20 minuti circa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;Capovolgete su un piatto di portata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;

In una padella antiaderente fare imbiondire l'aglio in camicia (per capirci non dovete sbucciarlo :o)) . Quando l'aglio si è scurito toglietelo e versate, all'interno della padella, il pollo tagliato a dadini. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Nel frattempo lavate e tagliate a striscioline i peperoni "colorati" &lt;/span&gt;

&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Togliete dalla padella il pollo e mettetelo da parte ,utilizzate lo stesso olio di cottura del pollo per cuocere i peperoni. sono Manuela una maestra elementare con l'hobby della cucina ( da qui il titolo del mio blog ) !
Sin da piccola amavo pasticciare in cucina insieme alle mie nonne ( la paterna eccellente cuoca, la materna ottima pasticcera! ). Cucinare mi rilassa, quando sono un po' giù di morale basta fare una torta e questo mi aiuta!
HO avuto la fortuna di sposare "un'ottima forchetta" e mi piace preparare per lui qualcosa di buono, generalmente dolci ( mio marito li divora!!!) .
Questo è il mio primo post, consideratelo una prova! ihihihihih
Appena prenderò confidenza con il mio blog vi posterò un po' di ricette che ho collezionato e sperimentato in questi anni!
